Payment, Cancellation, Refund Policy

At MirandaHealth  your satisfaction is very important to us, we strive to provide excellent health care services to you and your family.  Attending to your scheduled appointment on time is greatly recommended to avoid any discrepancy, a 15 minute late grace period will be granted to all patients.  We encourage our clients to be available for consultation by phone call or video conference at the time of your appointment. Make sure to fill out all necessary documentation and medical forms prior to your visit. 

Payment will be collected at the time of appointment scheduling. You agree to submit Credit Card/Debit Card information for payment processing. 

Payment will be procesed in a SECURE ELECTRONIC TRANSACTION (SET), in compliance with confidential system and electronic protocols to ensure the integrity of transactions over the internet. Patients will have the option to choose payment information to be saved for future medical appointments. Patients will not be able to cancel or reschedule appointments within 24 hours of appointment. If cancellation within 24 hours, or no show at the time of appointment, NO REFUND will be issued. 

If appointment cancellation or rescheduling is needed, we encourage patients to make changes in advanced. Your satisfaction and excellent medical attention is our priority, our team will make maximum effort to assist you in making all necessary changes.

MirandaHealth will not be responsible or held liable for patient's non compliance with policies and procedures. By scheduling your telemedicine visit you understand and accept all the terms and conditions of above policy.
