A virtual visit allows you to be seen in real-time over a regular call or video conference, you will be able to use your phone, tablet, laptop or desktop computer. All you need is access to a mobile device and we will take care of the rest.

2- Select your STATE OF RESIDENCY ( The link will redirect you to our Virtual Appointment Scheduling Site).
3-Select VIRTUAL VISIT and choose the desirable appointment time.
4- You will receive your medical intake forms via email, including payment authorization form, once you have completed all intake forms, your credit card will be charge for your visit fee, a confirmation email/text will be sent to you with date and time of appointment, and you are all set. Just make sure to be readily available for your appointment.
